Location and times will be determined ahead of each identified hearing date.

Meeting papers
Reports from the Department of Lands, Planning and Environment to the Planning Commission are usually available on this page two business days before a hearing. Those reports will usually include:
- a summary of the proposal
- a summary of the submissions received
- copies of the proposal or application
- copies of written submissions received.
